Q1: What's the sample fee?
A1: We will quote depends on your sample. Usually, $100/pc. If your sample is complex or very big, sample fee will be a bit higher. Besides, delivery fee is extra. We will send the sample to you by FedEx/DHL/TNT.
Q2: Can I modify the sample after finished?
A2: Yes, we accept one time reversion. We will make a draft sample first and let you confirm. After your confirmation, we will make the final sample. After we finished sample, you need to confirm again.
If you are satisfied with it, we will send it by express directly.
If not, we accept one time small modification of final sample.
Q3: What products can you customize?
A3: We can customize plush dolls, mascot, stuffed animals, plush pillow, plush holder keychain, children sofa, etc. What you need to make sample, just send your artwork or pictures to us.
Q4: What is included in the customized service？
A4： According to your design or needs, we can customize pattern, size, color, fabric, logo, packing etc. Besides, if you only have an idea, just tell us. Our creative design teams can convert your idea to a concrete design sketch.
Q5: Do you have inspection procedure before shipping?
A5: Yes, we do 100% QC inspection before shipping or before bulk production.
Q6: What services can your company provide?
A6: We will update the production progress with you by pictures or videos in time. Besides, we can provide professional clear product's pictures.
Q7: How about the after-sales service?
A7: Just tell us the problems after receiving the products. Then we will help you deal with it.
